She began her musical life as a classical musician and has earned a Bachelor’s degree from University of North Texas and a Master’s degree from the venerable Boston Conservatory. She is an accomplished flutist and pianist. Add her impeccable songwriting, arranging and production talents to the mix, and it is easy to see why she is an established musician’s musician in her native Detroit, where she currently lives. Her unique brand of jazz and jazz-influenced rock/pop, thrills live audiences as well as her growing radio following.

In less than three years this six-piece act has made the leap from regional favorite to performing at some of North America's top blues festivals. They bring to the stage an electrifying, blues infused tour de force of rollicking musical interplay that's as much fun to watch as it is to listen to.
Their original music ranges in inspiration from americana and bluegrass themes to cream flavored soda pop. Some say it sounds like jazz, others report electronica, reggae and even bluegrass, but whatever you want to call it, it's a great sound.

A nine-piece, horn-driven, Classic Soul/R&B/Blues band. They play regularly throughout the Metro Detroit area at places like Rochester Mills Brewing Company, The Blue Goose and Bentley's Roadhouse. In addition, they have performed at numerous summer festivals, including the Stars & Stripes Festival, Sterlingfest, St Clair Shores Music-on-the-Lake, Lake Orion Concert Series, Oxford Concerts-in-the-Park and Southfield's Eat-To-The-Beat Concert Series.
Founded in 2007. Not your grandparents swing band aka the Space Age Swing Band, a typical gig might involve very early jazz from Louis Armstrong or Mezz Mezzrow, Duke Ellington & Fletcher Henderson swing charts from the '30's, proto-Detroit R&B from Paul "Huckelbuck" Williams, King Porter or Todd Rhodes or space-age jazz from Sun Ra.

Born in Flint, he was fortunate to grow up with friends whose older siblings encouraged them to explore soul, rock, funk, jazz, and the Motown sound. Formerly with the Root Doctor Band, he took his rightful place among today’s leading American roots musicians with the 2009 release of his first feature album, Walk That Fine Thin Line.

An outstanding emerging female artist on the independent east coast music scene. Her latest album "No Frogs for Snakes," exposes Eliza's talents for deeply romantic, almost obsessive ballads with rompy rocky anthems and blues riffed out tracks. Even though she earned a degree in Opera from Wayne State University, Detroit Rock emerged as her musical direction. Being a young vibrant female vocalist, she felt the calling to express herself through rock and blues.
Eliza Neals: No Frogs for Snakes
A Detroit Blues band with a true Detroit pedigree. They have shared the stage with the likes of Luther Allison, Junior Wells, Sugar Blue, Charlie Musselwhite, Jason Ricci and New Blood, and the legendary Motown session-band, the Funk Brothers, as well as acting as backing musicians for ex-Fleetwood Mac guitarist and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, Jeremy Spencer. From large festival venues, to the smallest bar, or juke-joint, their shows are always spontaneous, energetic, loads of fun, and full of the ingredients that make Blues one of the most exciting American musical art forms. 
Formed the first version of the band at the Attic Bar in Hamtramack in about 1990. Playing Boogie, Blues, Country and Rock, the band has a combined one hundred plus years in the music business. They focus on people, and playing music to put a smile on their face.
They captivate music lovers with a kinky concoction of American tradition and world grooves. Their sound, called “Disco Bebop,” was conceived in early 2006 when the rhythm section applied a four-on-the-floor roller rink beat to a Charlie Parker standard. The Macpodz have wooed festival audiences at Rothbury, Bear Creek, Summer Camp, All Good, Moe.Down and Gathering of the Vibes.

Beginning in 1994 with their debut CD “Gimme Some Skin” , they have recorded four successful and highly acclaimed CDs to date. They have also had songs included on three compilation CDs as well. Whether it’s local clubs in the Metro Detroit area or premier clubs and festivals throughout the Midwest, The Alligators are a longstanding favorite of music lovers that like to have a good time!
Realizing the need for quality entertainment and music in SE Michigan, Heath Bathgate set out to assemble only the finest musicians the area had to offer. By late 2009, the lineup was complete and work began developing a show that balanced a tight groove, a solid bottom end strong enough to stop your heart and an infectious stage presence. With everything from old school funk to blues, soul and a distinctive modern edge, you won't be able to sit still while ThunderFunk is on the stage.
Contemporary Blues band from Kalamazoo. As of November 2011, they have released 2 studio cd's and most recently a double-live CD recorded at the 411 Club in Kzoo. They have represented Kalamazoo at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis Tennessee and played locally and regionally since 2003.

Detroit's Premiere Jump Blues and Swing Band. Influences include: T-Bone Walker, Louis Prima, Big Joe Turner, Buddy Johnson, Lionel Hampton, Bebo Valdes, Illinois Jacquet, Count Basie, All others that can and do swing.
A blues/rock/funk band hailing from Lansing featuring Pat Zelenka on guitar and vocals. They are a band influenced by tons of classic Blues and Rock acts such as Cream, The Allman Brothers, Led Zeppelin, B.B. King, Jeff Beck, Rush, Johnny Winter, Robin Trower, Hendrix, and The Beatles. Songs by the band are featured on over thirty internet radio stations, as well as enjoying steady online sales from such sites as I-Tunes, Rhapsody, and Napster, as well as podcasts and college FM radio play.

A Southeast Michigan based jamband. With influences ranging from blues, reggae, jazz, hip hop, soul, funk, psychedelic, rock, and whatever else may happen in their improvised jam sessions. The HLT have something for everyone who enjoys LIVE music. With unique originals such as “No Justice For Free” or “Blue Sky”, you never know what you will hear. From a Johnny Cash cover to a rendition of a Warren G song, the HLT don’t usually know what is next in their jams until it is happening and neither will you.
