May 18-20, 2012 (Fri.-Sun.): Mayfest Bluegrass Music Festival - Lowell
Run by the West Michigan Bluegrass Music Association featuring local and national artists. Family friendly event. Songwriting contest this year too!
May 26-28, 2012 (Sat.-Mon.): Movement 2011 - Paxahau Electronic Music Festival - Detroit
Featuring close to 100 artists on four stages. Early Bird Presale Tickets are $70. VIP $190
May 31- June 2, 2012 (Thu.-Sat.): Jackson Blues Festival - Jackson
Festival held at the Jackson County Airport. $5 Admission each day. Bring a lawn chair, kick back and enjoy some of the best musicians in the business. No outside food or beverages allowed. Support the food vendors. They help to make this Festival happen.
